SLYCE INC. PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE & ANNOUNCES INVESTOR CONFERENCE CALL

Slyce Inc. will be holding an investor conference call on Tuesday, Oct. 20, at 4:30 p.m. EST.

During this call, Slyce chief executive officer Mark Elfenbein will be commenting on recent corporate developments in the context of the Slyce's business plan. Following this presentation, Mr. Elfenbein and management will answer a number of questions submitted in advance in writing, regarding the business of the company.

"Slyce has made a number of achievements related to its business plan and we are pleased to be able to communicate with investors and other interested parties in order to place these announcements into greater context, and to address various stakeholder inquiries. Slyce continues to build significant momentum in the visual search space and to on-board marquee customers. In line with this, on Oct. 15, 2015, Slyce finalized a new contract for the provision of visual search services with a marquee footwear retailer. Specifics of this contract will be officially announced as soon as the customer has received internal approval for public disclosure."
