RED TIGER ANNOUNCES FAILURE-TO-FILE CEASE TRADE ORDERS

Red Tiger Mining Inc. has received failure-to-file cease trade orders from the Ontario Securities Commission. The cease trade orders were issued as a result of the company's failure to file its annual audited financial statements, annual management's discussion and analysis, and certification of its annual filings for the year ended Dec. 31, 2016.

The company is working to complete the audit of the company's consolidated financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2016, as soon as possible and anticipates filing such financial statements, MD&A and related certifications by July 17, 2017.
