NED GOODMAN APPOINTED PRESIDENT AND CEO

Rockland Minerals Corp.'s board of directors has appointed Ned Goodman as president and chief executive officer of the company, effective immediately.

In addition, Kanwar Herr has resigned from the board of directors. The company's management and board wish to acknowledge and thank Mr. Herr for his contributions since 2010 and wish him well in his future endeavours.
