RAMBLER METALS & MINING PLC: DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

Rambler Metals and Mining PLC was notified on May 9, 2011, that in the recently proposed placing, Harry Dobson, chairman, acquired 600,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the company at a price of 36 pence each. Mr. Dobson now holds an interest of 8,838,000 ordinary shares in the company representing approximately 7.2 per cent of the company's issued share capital.
