Romarco Minerals Inc. will list an additional 517.3 million shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange at the open on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2015, according to the TSX. As in its Feb. 4, 2015, short form prospectus, Romarco plans to sell 517.3 million shares to the public at 58 cents each, raising $300,034,000. The company has granted the underwriters an overallotment option to buy up to 77,595,000 more shares at the same price for 30 days from the closing of the offering.

Romarco plans to use the money raised to partially finance the development and construction of the Haile project in South Carolina, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
