QSOLAR ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF CORPORATE SECRETARY AND RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

QSolar Ltd. has appointed Bill Walker to the role of corporate secretary. Mr. Walker is a partner with the law firm McLeod & Company LLP in Calgary, Alta., and has practised in the areas of corporate and securities law for more than 20 years. Mr. Walker has been associated with the corporation from preparation of the reverse takeover and the subsequent listing of the corporation on the Canadian National Stock Exchange in March, 2011.

The corporation also wishes to announce the resignation of Neil Ramsay as a director of QSolar for personal reasons.
