PRETIUM RESOURCES INC.: VALLEY OF THE KINGS UNDERGROUND INFILL DRILLING CONTINUES
Pretium Resources Inc. has released a fourth set of results from the underground infill drill program at the Brucejack project's Valley of the Kings. Results continue to confirm the style and grade distribution of the gold mineralization in the area currently being tested, which includes the intersection of high-grade and visible gold.
Selected drill highlights include:
- Hole VU-466 intersected 74.62 grams per tonne gold uncut over 18.00
metres, including 2,570 g/t Au uncut over 0.50 m.
- Hole VU-470 intersected 61.25 g/t Au uncut over 15.00
m, including 1,600 g/t Au uncut over 0.50 m.
- Hole VU-472 intersected 41.87 g/t Au uncut over 18.13
m, including 1,010 g/t Au uncut over 0.50 m.
- Hole VU-486 intersected 101.70 g/t Au uncut over 7.44
m, including 1,495 g/t Au uncut over 0.50 m.
- Hole VU-487 intersected 93.49 g/t Au uncut over 14.00
m, including 2,600 g/t Au uncut over 0.50 m.
- Hole VU-499 intersected 32.51 g/t Au uncut over 32.30
m, including 1,035 g/t Au uncut over 0.50 m.
Holes VU-466, VU-470, VU-472 and VU-486 were drilled from the 1320 drill bay, while holes VU-487 and VU-499 were drilled from the 1310 drill bay. To date, results from 98 holes (15,813 m) of the infill drill program for the Valley of the Kings have been reported.
The infill drill program will comprise in excess of 40,000 m of fan drilling from three underground drill stations with drill hole centres spaced at approximately 10 m vertically and horizontally. Assay results from drilling will continue to be reported as they are received.

(2) Unless otherwise indicated as uncut, all gold assays over 540
g/t were cut to 540 g/t.
(3) All samples were submitted for preparation and analysis by ALS
Chemex at its facilities in Terrace, B.C. All samples were
analyzed using multidigestion with ICP finish and fire assay with
AA finish for gold. Samples over 100 parts per million silver were
reanalyzed using four-acid digestion with an ore-grade AA finish.
Samples over 1,500 ppm silver were fire assayed with a gravimetric
finish. Samples with over 10 ppm gold were fire assayed with a
gravimetric finish. One in 20 samples was blank, one in 20 was a
standard sample and one in 20 samples had a sample cut from assay
rejects assayed as a field duplicate at ALS Chemex in North
Vancouver, B.C. Whole core (core not split) is being assayed as
