Mr. Marcel Robillard reports

RESULTS FROM THE ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

All resolutions presented at Puma Exploration Inc.'s annual meeting were approved by shareholders. These resolutions include the nomination of directors and the auditor, as well as the shareholders rights plan.

Shareholders elected Anne Slivitzky, Marcel Robillard, Richard Thibault and Arness Cordick to the board of directors. In addition, during its board meeting held after the meeting, the directors elected Mr. Robillard as president, chief executive officer and secretary, Karl McLellan as chief financial officer, and Dominique Gagne as vice-president of exploration. Mr. Cordick was elected executive chairman of the board.
