POUNCE ANNOUNCES CORPORATE AND TRADING UPDATES

Pounce Technologies Inc. (formerly Slyce Inc.) has appointed Khurram R. Qureshi, CA, CPA, to the board of directors.

Khurram Qureshi became a chartered accountant in 1990 while working at a mid-size chartered accountant firm. In 1996, he started his consulting firm working with companies that planned to go public through initial public offerings where his role was to prepare the target company for audits, corporate governance, stock option plans, policies and procedures for operations. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Qureshi has served as the chief financial officer for several corporations in the technology and publishing sector, and resources sector. Currently, Mr. Qureshi is a partner in a boutique accounting firm based in the Greater Toronto Area.

The company now consists of three directors, being Mr. Qureshi, Cameron Chell and Erika Racicot.

The company further announces the expiry of the services agreement between the company and Business Instincts Group Inc. that was entered in to in June, 2016, which expired in May, 2017. Further the company informs that there were no services received or fees paid under this agreement since November, 2016.

Pounce notes that soon after the dissemination of this news release that the TSX Venture Exchange will be issuing an exchange bulletin announcing the resumption of trading in the company's common shares on NEX as it has now addressed the deficiencies as noted by the exchange.
