Jay Taylor, in the Sept. 17, 2012, edition of Gold, Energy & Tech Stocks, says buy Premium Exploration Inc., recently seven cents. Mr. Taylor first said buy on July 15, 2008, at 27 cents. He then said sell on Oct. 16, 2008, at 18.5 cents. Assuming a $1,000 investment at 27 cents, selling at 18.5 cents yielded a $334 loss. Mr. Taylor said buy four more times from June 19, 2009, to Nov. 21, 2011, at prices ranging from 23 cents to 60 cents. Assuming a $1,000 investment for each of the four new buys, the $4,000 position is now worth a dismal $854. Premium has released grab sampling results from its Idaho gold project, including 113 metres of 0.14 gram per tonne Au. Mr. Taylor likes the project, but he is not happy, because the stock has lost much value. He says the company is not raising money efficiently, although that is partly because markets are horrible. Premium has raised $500,000 by issuing 7.14 million shares to Osisko. It has raised another $340,000 by issuing debentures with 2,000 bonus units attached to each $1,000 debenture. The editor says the financing deals have resulted in 5.5-per-cent dilution. However, he likes Osisko, and he hopes Premium will regain value in the coming weeks.
