Brien Lundin, in the May, 2013, edition of the Gold Newsletter, says hold Prophecy Coal Corp., recently 10 cents. Mr. Lundin said buy five times between February, 2010, and November, 2012, at prices ranging from 14 to 72 cents. Assuming an investment of $1,000 for each buy, the $5,000 position is now worth $1,527. Prophecy is in discussions with Mongolia's Ministry of Energy and Energy Regulatory Commission over the power purchase agreement (PPA) and tariff application for its Chandgana project. Mr. Lundin says these important discussions will take a long time. Meanwhile, Prophecy has issued tenders for project fencing; for designing a temporary electricity supply; and for consulting services, including overseeing the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor. The company will have to wait for the PPA before it executes its EPC contracts. In February, Prophecy arranged an $8.4-million private placement of 60 million units at 14 cents. An arm's-length company, NewMargin Prophecy Coal Ltd., is subscribing for 40 million units. After the financing, NewMargin will have control over 20 per cent of Prophecy's shares, so its portion of the financing is under Toronto Stock Exchange review.
