PARTA DIALOGUE INC. ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW BOARD MEMBER

Parta Dialogue Inc. has appointed Marielle Villamaux to its board of directors.

Filling a vacancy on its board, the company has proceeded with the appointment of Ms. Villamaux, director of corporate marketing at Veolia Transdev France, as a director of the company. "I welcome the arrival of Marielle Villamaux to our board with great satisfaction. Her expertise in the management of big business and her knowledge of international markets will allow us to support our vision at the global level," stated Paul Allard, chief executive officer of Parta Dialogue.

Ms. Villamaux, corporate marketing director for Veolia Transdev France, was educated at France's renowned HEC business school. After a fruitful career on the executive of EURO RSCG in France and Hong Kong, she joined Veolia in 2007. Here, she has been involved in transformative corporate projects since 2008. She was the principal supervisor of the Full Potential project, which sought to analyze the value chain and areas of sustainable profitability for Veolia Transport in new markets, as well as Tokai, a project linking human and industrial elements around the fusion of the company with Transdev in March of 2011. Other tasks include the administration, four years running, of the SuperShuttle; lead on the transport-on-demand sector in North America; and support for Veolia Transportation in its international development (opening of activities in France and Sweden), its acquisition policy as well as its commercial performance.
