OXFORD ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR RESIGNATIONS

Three of Oxford Resources Inc.'s directors and its chief financial officer have resigned: Jeffrey French as a director and interim president and chief executive officer, Stephen Butrenchuk, PGeol, as a director, Christine Mah as a director, and Greg Ball as chief financial officer of Oxford.
