OTELCO TO RELEASE 2011 FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR-END RESULTS

Otelco Inc. will release its 2011 fourth quarter and year-end financial and operational results after the close of trading on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012. The company will hold a conference call to discuss fourth quarter and annual results on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2012, at 11:30 a.m. (Eastern Time).
