LGX OIL + GAS INC. ANNOUNCES EXECUTIVE CHANGES

LGX Oil + Gas Inc. has appointed Curt Ziemer vice-president, finance and chief financial officer of the company effective today.

Matt Janisch, who previously held that role, is no longer an officer of the company. Mr. Ziemer has been responsible for all accounting and financial reporting functions of LGX since 2012, most recently as vice-president, accounting. The board would like to thank Mr. Janisch for his service to the company.
