NATCORE TECHNOLOGY GRANTS OPTIONS

Natcore Technology Inc. has, in conjunction with the company's annual employee reviews, granted an aggregate of 1.83 million stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants at a price of 20 cents per share for a period of five years. The grant is subject to the approval of regulatory authorities, including the TSX Venture Exchange.
