NXA INC. ANNOUNCES CANCELLATION OF PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED BUSINESS COMBINATION

NXA Inc. is not proceeding with its business combination with Ontario Graphite Ltd. previously announced on April 17, 2014. Trading of the common shares of the company will resume after the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted the withdrawal of the proposed transaction.
