Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Jan. 14, 2013, effective at the open on Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2013, trading in the shares of the company will be suspended, for failure to comply with exchange requirements. Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.
