NAUTILUS ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CYNTHIA THOMAS, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Nautilus Minerals Inc. has accepted the resignation of Cynthia Thomas from its board, effective Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2016. Ms. Thomas joined the board of Nautilus in June, 2010.
Russell Debney, Nautilus's chairman, commented: "Cynthia has made a valuable contribution during her 6.5 years on the Nautilus board of directors. The board has benefited from Cynthia's significant banking and mine finance experience and leadership. We would like to thank her for the contribution she has made to Nautilus's progress to date and wish her well for the future."
Following the resignation of Ms. Thomas, the members of the company's board of directors are as follows:
- Mr. Debney;
- Dr. Mohammed Al Barwani (non-executive director);
- Mark Horn (non-executive director);
- Tariq Al Barwani (non-executive director).
