NATURALLY SPLENDID ANNOUNCES RETRACTION OF PRESS RELEASE DATED JULY 21, 2016

Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd. is issuing this news release to clarify and retract the information contained in its news release titled "Naturally Splendid Escalates 2016 Growth: New $2.1 Million Purchase Order Shoots Growth Rate to 3000% Since 2015," dated July 21, 2016.

Naturally Splendid is retracting the above news release in its entirety to comply with the provisions of National Instrument 51-102 regarding future-oriented financial information. Naturally Splendid confirms that it has received additional purchase orders for $2.1-million from Korea Beauty & Health Care Co. Ltd., based in South Korea. In addition to this purchase order, Naturally Splendid has recorded gross sales of $7.26-million during fiscal 2016 to date ($1.44-million in first quarter 2016, $4.37-million in second quarter 2016 and $1.45-million in third quarter 2016 to date).
