An anonymous director of West Face reports

UNITHOLDER MEETING TO BE REQUISITIONED FOR NORANDA INCOME FUND

Noranda Income Fund's investors, West Face Capital Inc., Clearwater Capital Management Inc. and certain others, which hold or control over 10 per cent total of the outstanding priority units issued by Noranda, have undertaken arrangements to request a unitholder meeting, for the purposes of replacing the independent trustees of Noranda Operating Trust.

Notice of the requisition was delivered to the independent committee of trustees on Aug. 26, 2010.
