NEWNOTE FINANCIAL CLARIFICATION FOR COINPAYMENTS INC.

Newnote Financial Corp. has been asked by Coinpayments Inc., a privately held company in which Newnote holds a 20-per-cent equity stake, to clarify the use of the word "alliance" in a press release dated Dec. 2, 2014.

The management of Coinpayments states there is no such alliance and has asked Newnote to make it clear that there are no preferential service agreements. Alex Alexandrov, chairman of Coinpayments, explains, "The crypto-currency-to-fiat exchange functionality we have under development will seek the best price for our customers from multiple markets, including Newnote Financial's PureTrade exchange."
