Mr. John Tognetti reports

John Tognetti of 700, 200 Burrard St., Vancouver, B.C., has acquired exercise of control or direction over an aggregate 2.4 million common shares of Mirasol Resources Ltd. representing approximately 5.44 per cent of the issuer's issued and outstanding common shares.

After these acquisitions, Mr. Tognetti owns 7,953,460 common shares in the capital of the issuer and exercises control or direction over an aggregate 3,066,900 common shares for a total of 11,020,360 common shares or approximately 24.96 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the issuer.

The securities were acquired for investment purposes on behalf of beneficial owners through discretionary accounts over which Mr. Tognetti exercises control or direction. These security holdings will be evaluated and the investments increased or decreased as circumstances warrant.

A report respecting this acquisition will be filed with the British Columbia Securities Commission and Alberta Securities Commission using the Canadian System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) and will be available for viewing through the Internet.
