MAD CATZ REPORTS DETERMINATION TO NOT PROCEED WITH REVERSE STOCK SPLIT
Mad Catz Interactive Inc.'s board of directors has determined not to proceed with a reverse stock
split of the company's currently issued and outstanding common stock
that was authorized through March 31, 2012, at the annual meeting of
shareholders held Aug. 18, 2011.
