MCW ENERGY GROUP CLOSES FINANCING

MCW Energy Group Ltd. has raised gross proceeds of $50,000 (U.S.) through the issuance of 500,000 common shares at a price of 12.914 cents per share. All shares issued pursuant to the non-brokered private placement are subject to a four-month hold period. The proceeds of the financing will used for working capital. Including the issuance announced herein, there are 137,326,499 common shares issued and outstanding.
