Mr. Bruce Linton reports

TWEED MARIJUANA INC. -- EARLY WARNING PRESS RELEASE

Pursuant to the requirements of National Instrument 62-103 (the early warning system and related takeover bid and insider reporting issues) and applicable Canadian securities legislation:

1. Charles Rifici has acquired, directly and indirectly, 7,774,053 common shares of Tweed Marijuana Inc. (formerly LW Capital Pool Inc.) representing approximately 23.21 per cent of the outstanding common shares in exchange for 36,480 Tweed Inc. common shares.
2. Bruce Linton has acquired, directly and indirectly, 3,612,122 common shares of Tweed Marijuana representing approximately 10.78 per cent of the outstanding common shares in exchange for 16,950 Tweed Inc. common shares.

The shares were acquired as part of the reverse takeover of Tweed Marijuana by Tweed Inc., and the deemed value per share for the common shares issued by Tweed Marijuana in the transaction was 89 cents per share.

An early warning report pursuant to the requirements of applicable securities laws will be issued by each of Mr. Rifici and Mr. Linton and will be posted to SEDAR and available on request.
