LEVON RESOURCES ANNOUNCES AGM RESULTS

Levon Resources Ltd.'s nominees listed in the management information circular dated Aug. 14, 2018, were elected as directors of the company at the annual general meeting of shareholders of the company held on Sept. 14, 2018. Shareholders also approved setting the number of directors at five and the appointment of the company's auditor.

Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors are as set out in the attached table.
