Mr. Terry Lashman reports

Steve Conboy has resigned as president and director of Mill Frame LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Luxor Industrial Corp. He advises he will devote the majority of his time to Millennium Fire LLC.

The company thanks Mr. Conboy for his time and effort devoted to Mill Frame. Luxor and Millennium expect to co-operate in the future in areas of mutual interest and potential benefit.
