KING'S BAY ANNOUNCES WARRANT AMENDMENT

King's Bay Resources Corp. has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for approval to extend the expiry date of 12,550,300 warrants issued in a private placement unit offering on Dec. 30, 2016. In all other respects, the terms of the warrants will remain unchanged and in full force and effect. The company's ability to amend the warrants as requested in the application remains subject to TSX-V approval.
