The following directors have been elected to the board of directors at Interconnect Ventures Corp.'s annual general meeting held on Aug. 1, 2014:

• Benjamin Ainsworth;
• Dr. Fahad Al Rashed;
• Ibrahim Al Subaiei;
• Mohammad Al Saleh;
• AbdulRahman Al Saleh.

All directors were nominated by management pursuant to the company's information circular dated June 27, 2014.
