INTIGOLD MINES LTD. ARRANGES $2,500,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Intigold Mines Ltd. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of 10 million units at a price of 25 cents per unit for total proceeds of $2.5-million. Each unit will consist of one common share of the company and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share of the company for a period of two years following closing, at a price of 35 cents during the first year and 45 cents during the second year. The private placement is subject to regulatory approval.

The company will pay finders' fees of up to 10 per cent of the gross proceeds raised, payable in cash, units or a combination thereof.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used for exploration expenditures on the company's properties and for general working capital.
