HFX HOLDING CORP. ANNOUNCES GRANT OF OPTIONS AND MANAGEMENT REORGANIZATION

HFX Holding Corp. has accepted the resignation of Michael Chieng as chairman of the board of directors of the company. Mr. Chieng will continue serving as a director on the company's board of directors.

The company has also granted incentive stock options to its directors and officers to purchase an aggregate of 240,000 common shares in the capital stock of the company. The options are exercisable at a price of five cents per share for a period of five years from the date of grant.
