The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  500,000

Original expiry date of warrants:  May 13, 2011

New expiry date of warrants:  May 13, 2012

Exercise price of warrants:  $1.20

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of two million shares, with 1.5 million share purchase warrants exercisable at 60 cents for a one-year period and 500,000 share purchase warrants exercisable at $1.20 for a one-year period attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective May 13, 2009.
