GEODEX ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTIONS GRANTED

Geodex Minerals Ltd. has granted 1.1 million incentive stock options to officers, employees and consultants, exercisable for up to five years at a price of 11 cents per share. The options were granted pursuant to the Geodex Minerals stock option plan and are subject to any applicable regulatory hold periods.
