GEODEX ENGAGES VENTURE NORTH FOR INVESTOR RELATIONS

Geodex Minerals Ltd. has engaged the services of Venture North Capital Inc. to focus on strategic investor relations with a specific focus on financial institutions and funds.

Under the terms of the engagement, which is for an initial three-month term, Venture North will be paid $5,000 per month. It will also be granted 300,000 options having an exercise price of 20 cents, which vest over a year as to 75,000 per quarter in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The above contract is subject to regulatory approval.
