THe TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing net smelter return royalty agreement dated July 11, 2018, between Cobalt 27 Capital Corp. and Giga Metals Corp., whereby Cobalt 27 will acquire a 2-per-cent NSR over the Turnagain project in British Columbia for consideration of $1-million (U.S.) and common shares of 1,125,000 to Giga.
