TANGELO GRANTS OPTIONS

Tangelo Games Corp. has granted a total of 300,000 options to its investor relations consultant under the stock option plan of the company. The options are exercisable at a price of 7.5 cents per option and shall expire on Sept. 13, 2021. The options shall vest quarterly over a period of two years, all subject to the four-month regulatory hold period. The grant of options remains subject to regulatory approval.
