GENERAL DONLEE CANADA INC. ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND HIRING OF CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

General Donlee Canada Inc. has appointed Garen Mikirditsian as chief executive officer and chief financial officer. Bruce Van Nus has joined the company as chief operating officer.

Mr. Mikirditsian's professional career incorporates significant experience in leadership and financial management roles, most recently serving as interim CEO and CFO of General Donlee. Prior to joining General Donlee in April, 2011, Mr. Mikirditsian was vice-president of a private investment firm, and spent three years in the mergers and acquisitions group of BMO Capital Markets. He is a graduate of Concordia University's John Molson School of Business, where he received a master of business administration, and he holds a bachelor of engineering from the mechanical engineering honours program at McGill University.

"Garen's strong commitment has been a key factor in the company's success this year," said Ken Laver, chairman of the compensation and corporate governance committee of the company's board of directors. "We are confident that under his leadership, General Donlee will continue to achieve sustainable growth and provide quality service to the company's customers."

Bruce Van Nus, COO, brings over 20 years of manufacturing experience, including 14 years with Bombardier Aerospace. Mr. Van Nus has strong expertise in managing a broad range of process implementation projects. Prior to joining General Donlee, he served as managing director of operations at S.A. Armstrong Ltd., a private company serving the HVAC industry worldwide. Other mandates include president of Dassault Systemes Canada, executive director of operations at GE Glegg Water and vice-president of operations -Q400 at Bombardier Aerospace. Mr. Van Nus is a graduate of Queen's University, where he received bachelor's and master's degrees in mechanical engineering. He also has Six Sigma champion training from Six Sigma Academy.
