GESPEG ANNOUNCES RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

All the resolutions proposed at Gespeg Copper Resources Inc.'s annual general meeting of shareholders, held on March 2, 2015, were duly passed by an overwhelming majority, including the re-election of the company's directors: Tom MacNeill, Sylvain Laberge, Andrew Davidson, Denis Clement and Timothy Termuende.

With 61 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares having been voted, the company is pleased with the continued support from its valued shareholders.

The management and directors of Gespeg remain committed to exploring its significant land package and developing a world-class copper deposit on the grossly underexplored Gaspe peninsula in the province of Quebec, which remains one of the best mining jurisdictions in the world.
