AGRIMARINE ANNOUNCES BOARD RESIGNATION

Horst Hueniken has resigned from the board of directors of AgriMarine Holdings Inc., effective immediately.

Mr. Hueniken was named chairman of the board of AgriMarine in 2013 and oversaw the company's period of formative growth and transition from research and development to a substantial producer of fin fish in British Columbia with fully developed, commercial-scale floating semi-closed containment technology.

The board of directors would like to thank Mr. Hueniken for his significant contributions to the company and wish him well in his future endeavours.
