The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 1,021,540 common shares at a deemed price of five cents per share in order to settle an outstanding debt of $51,077. These shares are to be issued as payment of accrued interest relating to convertible debentures issued in October, 2012.
