ESI Environmental Sensors Inc.'s listing has been transferred to the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange, and that its common shares now trade under the symbol ESV.H.

The company also announces that it has accepted the resignations of Johan Grandin and Scott Davis. Mr. Grandin is resigning as a director and chief executive officer of the company, and Mr. Davis is resigning as chief financial officer. The board of directors of the company thanks Mr. Grandin and Mr. Davis for their service to the company over the years, and has commenced a search to fill the vacancies created by their resignations. Following the resignations, the board of directors of the company consists of Matteo Beffa and Michael Danielsson.
