Mr. Albert Lin reports
EMBERCLEAR SIGNS A LAND OPTION AGREEMENT WITH SWATARA COAL COMPANY
EmberClear Corp.'s subsidiary, EmberClear
Reserves Inc., has entered into an option
agreement to purchase property with Swatara
Coal Company. The property is located in Reilly township, Schuylkill
county, Pennsylvania, and consists of approximately 350
acres. Pursuant to the option agreement, EmberClear Reserves has been
granted access to the property to conduct studies to determine the
suitability of the property for supporting the company's project plans.
The option agreement has a one-year term subject to limited term
extension and termination provisions. The option agreement provides
that EmberClear Reserves will have the option to purchase the land and
all mineral and allowable resources thereunder, including the water
rights, rails, rights of way, and/or associated permits. If EmberClear
commences coal removal from the land it shall pay a monthly royalty
payment for all coal extracted from the land.
"The Swatara property is strategically located near our Good Spring and
Walacavage properties," said Albert Lin, chief executive officer of EmberClear. "The
opportunity to acquire additional assets supporting our advanced coal
projects improves our position in creating economically sound
low-emissions energy for this country. We are excited to continue
building leading-edge projects in this great Pennsylvania community."
We seek Safe Harbor.
