Mr. Shan Ashary, an investor, reports

On Sept. 9, 2013, Shan Ashary of the seventh floor, Al Jomaih building, Old Airport Rd., Riyadh-11514, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, acquired direct ownership and control of 250,000 common shares of Curis Resources Ltd. for 65 cents per common share.

Mr. Ashary exercises direct control and ownership over 594,444 common shares of Curis.

Mr. Ashary has indirect control over a total of 500,000 common shares of Curis owned directly by Abdulaziz Hamad Aljomaih.

Mr. Ashary is an officer of Springleaf Enterprises Inc. As an officer of Springleaf, Mr. Ashary has indirect control over a total of 6,202,500 common shares of Curis owned directly by Springleaf, representing 9.83 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of Curis on Sept. 9, 2013.

As a result of the acquisition of common shares on Sept. 9, 2013, Mr. Ashary exercises ownership and control, directly and indirectly, over a total of 7,296,944 common shares of Curis, which, in aggregate, represent approximately 11.56 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of Curis on Sept. 9, 2013.

The acquisition was made for investment purposes. Mr. Ashary may, in the future, acquire ownership and control over additional securities of Curis for investment purposes.

Mr. Ashary is not currently a party to any agreement in respect of the acquisition, holding, disposition or voting of any securities of Curis.

Except as described in this news release, Mr. Ashary does not own or control any securities of Curis with, nor is Mr. Ashary a joint actor with, another entity.
