CURIS CLOSES CAD $6 MILLION PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Curis Resources Ltd. has completed the previously announced $6-million non-brokered private placement of 6,818,182 common shares in the capital of Curis at a price of 88 cents per share. The common shares are subject to a four-month-and-a-day hold period. The private placement is subject to the final approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
