CURIS ANNOUNCES GRANT OF OPTIONS

Curis Resources Ltd. has granted 105,000 stock options under the company's stock option plan to certain directors and officers.

The options have been granted under the terms of the company's stock option plan with an exercise price of $2.70 per share (based on the closing price at the end of trading on March 17, 2011), a five-year term and vesting in three equal tranches, that is, six, 12 and 18 months after the date of grant.
