COSIGO BOARD STRUCTURES ACTING POSITIONS

Cosigo Resources Ltd. has appointed Andy Rendle as acting chief financial officer, chief executive officer and corporate secretary, while directors Robert E. Collawn of Denver, Colo., and Hector Mario Cuevas of Bogota, Colombia, have been appointed temporarily as independent directors as per Toronto Stock Exchange regulations.
