CANOE MINING CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Further to its news release dated Oct. 22, 2015, Canoe Mining Ventures Corp. has received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange and has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement for total gross proceeds of $133,000. Canoe is in the process of issuing the units purchased thereunder.
