At Canada Strategic Metals Inc.'s annual meeting held on June 18, 2015, shareholders of the company approved all the items, including:

• Election of Jean-Sebastien Lavallee, Hugo Monette, Paul Bonneville and Alan Sexton as directors;
• Appointment of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP as auditor.
