CHITRCHATR PROVIDES A CORPORATE UPDATE
ChitrChatr Communications Inc. has provided this corporate update.
Currently, the testing of the alpha version of the ChitrChatr CUUCP continues, and the company expects to gain possession of its new 7,000-square-foot location within two weeks. In the summer of 2013, the company started with one employee at a location with a capacity for approximately 20 employees. In the late spring and early summer of 2014, the company moved to its current location with space for up to 42 staff. At the moment, it has 31 staff and three more have been hired to start working within the next two weeks.
At the new facility, ChitrChatr will also have a network operations centre room of approximately 415 square feet. This room is necessary to monitor all the networks the company uses throughout the world, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. ChitrChatr also anticipates hiring up to 70 additional staff upon launching the beta version of the ChitrChatr CUUCP, at which time the company expects to start receiving revenues from subscribers.
The company then plans to hire staff in Quebec, Canada, to continue with the next phase of development. To date, it has generated 365,396 code lines of programming. The staff in India is very motivated in launching this highly anticipated CUUCP. Some of the staff have been know to start work at 8 a.m. and continue working until midnight, even seven days a week at times. The company is very proud to have a team that wants to be a part of this cutting-edge technology and make ChitrChatr a reality.
On March 11, 2015, the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) halted trading in the company's securities in that province until the earlier of March 31, 2015, or the revocation of the halt trade order and, as result, trading in the company's securities was suspended by the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in Germany on March 12, 2015. The company, through its counsel, has been in regular contact with the ASC since the halt trade order was issued and is currently waiting for the ASC to deliver a set of written inquiries to which the company expects to respond immediately. ChitrChatr has requested this document from the ASC on several occasions, but has yet to receive anything of substance; in the meantime, it has submitted a number of documents to the ASC in order to substantiate certain information disclosed in a series of press releases since November, 2014.
Features of ChitrChatr's CUUCP voice/video
ChitrChatr's CUUCP will feature chat and video calling, group messaging, conference calls, and text services all for free. It is not only a mobile messaging application, it can also be accessed from your desktop. ChitrChatr's CUUCP will allow you to communicate with another CUUCP user (on any platform) by instant messaging, audio or video conference calls.
No longer will you have to switch from WhatsApp to Google Hangouts, Facebook Messenger, MSN, Yahoo etc. to send/receive messages to specific contacts. ChitrChatr will incorporate all your contacts on all your different chat and video calling applications under one umbrella, making it much easier to connect with contacts on different platforms. You will be able to obtain one or more phone numbers from over 65 countries and forward incoming calls to any other phone number, whether you are on-line or off-line.
E-mail
ChitrChatr e-mail will incorporate all the features currently available on other platforms like Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo, and will allow you to receive e-mails from different e-mail accounts into a consolidated ChitrChatr e-mail management platform. You will be able to reply back from ChitrChatr using your incoming e-mail account (for example Gmail) as a default for that particular reply. One sign-in will allow you to reply, regardless of the platform.
Social media
While setting up your ChitrChatr preferences, you will input all your social network sites. Every time you log into ChitrChatr, you will automatically be logged into all other social network sites and can easily be directed to your social media network of choice. If for example, a friend sends you a message through Facebook chat, you will receive these messages in ChitrChatr and be able to reply back without having to switch applications.
Text
One of the most unique features of ChitrChatr's text/SMS will be your ability to reply from a forwarded number with the recipient receiving your actual SMS number instead of the number from which you forwarded the message.
Fax
With a ChitrChatr phone number, you will be able to send and receive telephone, SMS/text and faxes to and from that single number. When someone sends you a fax, the ChitrChatr system will identify it as a fax and allow you to send it to a fax machine via e-mail, as well as view the fax on your ChitrChatr app on your desktop or cellphone. As a subscriber, you will be able to choose your preferences while setting up your account.
